Recruitment Process
What to expect when you apply.
We aim to make our process transparent and efficient. While steps may vary by role, you can generally expect the following:
- Application Review: Our team carefully reviews all submitted applications.
- Shortlist & Screening: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial virtual screening interview .
- Interviews & Assessment: Successful candidates proceed to one or two rounds of competency-based interviews, which may include a short, relevant practical exercise.
- Reference Check: We contact professional references for final candidates.
- Offer: The successful candidate receives a formal job offer.

IMPACT est à la recherche d’un.e Chauffeur/se du projet, avec pour tâche essentielle de conduire le véhicule d’IMPACT, lors des déplacements du staff aussi bien à Abidjan qu’à l’intérieur du pays sur les différents sites de mise en œuvre du projet dans les Régions du Hambol (Dabakala) et du Bounkani (Bouna) en particulier, mais aussi dans les déplacements du personnel en zone urbaine.
