Accountability
IMPACT is committed to operating responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with our mission and values. We prioritize the safety, dignity, and rights of the communities we serve and the people we work with, and we uphold strong systems to ensure integrity across our organization.
Governance
Oversight rooted in responsibility.
IMPACT is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee and direct the organization’s management and affairs. A senior leadership team, led by the organization’s Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director, are responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the organization, as well as all staff globally.
Annual Reports
Transparency in our work and Impact.
In many resource-rich regions around the world, communities face growing instability and exclusion. IMPACT is continuing our efforts to strengthen security, development, and equality by enabling change, communities first.
Our footprint is global, just like supply chains. With offices in six countries, we partner with local communities, the private sector, and governments to strengthen natural resource governance, while advancing sustainable peace and development.
Thank you for your support.
